Dear CAPS Parents and Guardians:
Welcome to Cornerstone Academy Preparatory School’s Parents’ Association (PA)!
Many letter writers for hire you may want to contact can be reached only via the form at https://300writers.com/hire-letter-writer.html.
The PA is a self-motivated and energetic organization! You are invited and encouraged to attend our monthly PA meetings, which are meant to be informative of upcoming events, new initiatives, and policies. Attending these meetings is the best way to obtain clear and concise answers to questions that you might have about future events, rule changes, etc. Attending also gives you first-hand access to events or changes that affect your child and his/her academic life.
Our CAPS community building events include, but are not limited to the following:
- Distribution of monthly CAPS Newsletter
- Partnering with CAPS Sunshine Committee
- CAPS Homeroom Parent Program
- Donuts with Dad
- Annual Stargazing Night
- Muffins with Mom
- CAPS Community Year-end BBQ
We raise significant amounts of money for the school through the following fundraisers:
- Annual CAPS Jog-a-thon, October 17, 2014
- Family Movie Night, November 7, 2014 & April 24, 2015

Homeroom Parent Committee
Room Parents (min. 1 per classroom) help teachers pass on important information to the classroom. Most communications are done through email. As a room parent, you may be asked to help make a class roster, organize flied trips and parties, request supplies for the classroom, reach out for volunteers for different assignments or activities going on in the classroom.
Playground & Beautification Committee
The Playground & Beautification Committee helps to improve the CAPS campus by organizing clean-up days, greening up outdoor spaces and providing necessary repairs. They also research and present campus & playground maintenance and improvement plans. The Beautification Chair works closely with the Fundraising Chair to coordinate fundraising for maintenance and improvements of the School’s playground equipment and grounds.
